fantastic stay!
clean room helpful staff good facilities excellent breakfast
I found the room very clean, and the air conditioning was a welcome feature after a hot day. staff members were helpful, and the facilities were good. breakfast was excellent. I especially enjoyed the variety of options available each morning, i appreciated the complimentary water and chocolate!
the pool was closed , disappointing as i was looking forward to using it.

The reception staff assisted with restaurant reservations. giulio welcomed me with great care and kindness from day one, i really felt taken care of. everyone was professional.

The rooms are new and clean. They match the photos. the bathroom was in good condition and very clean. my room was spacious, and the cleanliness was perfect, the room was always fresh and tidy, thanks to housekeeping.

the bus station is right at the gate of the premises, very convenient. a shopping mall with brands, food court and supermarket is a one minute walk. it is quite close to drive to the city center too, very accessible.

the breakfast buffet offered a good choice of sweet and continental options. i could easily choose from it, the coffee was also wonderful. the food was AMAZING!!! a restaurant is available by the pool.

the common areas like the lobby, pool and garden were well kept and relaxing. free parking is available . the hotel features all necessary facilities, there is a taxi service arranged by reception which was convenient.

terrible pillows poor breakfast
the hotel offered free parking which was certainly convenient.
I found the pillows to be terrible. coffee pods were not available after the first night. breakfast was also quite poor. Forks, knives, and even napkins were missing. the cleaning of tables seemed almost nonexistent, i must say.
